First, the provision which allows the home owner the ability to select the contractor of their choice. Secondly, the coverage is not prorated based on the age of the appliance or system in question.

At the suggestion of our real estate agent, I recently purchased a warranty policy from your company. The policy was to provide coverage for my daughter's condominium at Ohio State Medical School. At the time we purchased the condo, I didn't see much value to home warranty coverage. However, one week after my daughter moved in, the water heater had to be replaced.
 
I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly and easily the claim adjustment process went. The claims people were very cordial and the payment was received within a very short time after I submitted the bill from the plumber.... A stressful situation for my daughter was made much less so by your organization.
